Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Louche purchase. If something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 28 days of delivery using our returns portal.

Returns registered after this period cannot be accepted.

For UK returns there is a £3.95 returns charge, which will be deducted from your refund.

Many sizing questions can be resolved by checking the measurements provided there.

How the Returns Portal Works

  1. Enter your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
  2. Select the item(s) you would like to return.
  3. Choose your preferred option:
    • Exchange for a different size or product
    • Louche Credit
    • Refund to your original payment method
  4. Follow the instructions provided to complete your return.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, colour or style, you can request an exchange directly through the returns portal.

Exchanges are often the quickest way to receive the correct item.


Louche Credit

Many customers choose Louche Credit so they can place a new order straight away without waiting for a refund to be processed.

Credit can be used on any item available on the Louche website.


Refund Processing

Returns are processed once items are received and inspected by our warehouse.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed after it arrives.

Once your refund has been issued, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.


Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in their original condition
  • with tags still attached

Items returned in unsuitable condition may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on:

  • Pierced jewellery
  • Underwear or swimwear
  • Opened beauty or grooming products

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team before registering a return.
