What is the Louche Online Returns Policy?
Using the Louche returns portal is super simple, just log in with your order number and you’ll be given the option to return or exchange your items within 28 days with ease.
We operate a 28-day returns policy. As fashion is so fast-moving, and we produce such small quantities of each style. We are unable to accept returns after this period, and those received will be automatically rejected. Thank you for your understanding.
Extended returns: anything purchased between 19th November - 20th December can be returned up to 18th January.
To begin your return or swap follow these steps:
1. (a) For UK returns, please open the Returns Portal HERE
1. (b) For International returns (for orders outside the UK) please open the Returns Portal HERE
2. Enter your Order Number which you will have received when you placed the original order.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return.
4. Select if you would like Exchange, Louche Credit or Return for each of your items.
