Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within one working day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking email from the courier.

Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday are dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Orders are not delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
Next working day exclusions
Next Working Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: IV, AB31–AB56, KW1–KW17, KA27–KA28, HS, PA20–PA78, PH4–PH50, ZE, IM, BT, Channel Islands, BFPO, SS.
If you are not at home
All Standard Delivery parcels require a signature. If you are not available, Royal Mail may leave a calling card, attempt delivery to a neighbour, or hold the parcel at your local delivery office. If a parcel is returned to sender, a new order will need to be placed in order to receive the items again.
Changing your delivery address
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Address changes can only be guaranteed before dispatch; once an order has been shipped, we are unable to amend the delivery address.
Delivery responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery is handled by the courier. If tracking confirms that a parcel has been delivered and signed for, it will be considered delivered. If you believe your parcel may be lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the courier.
International Delivery
Worldwide delivery, priced in your own currency. All customs duties and import taxes are included in the price paid at checkout, with nothing further to pay on delivery. This includes orders to the United States.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking link. When your parcel reaches your country it passes to a local courier, and tracking may pause for a day or two while it clears customs. This is entirely normal, and as duties are already paid your parcel will not be held for payment.
What if my order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date shown at checkout, or tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at hello@louchelondon.com with your order number, full name and order date.
