Orders are typically dispatched within one working day.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking email from the courier.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery
£3.95 (3–5 working days)
Free on orders over £75
All Standard Delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail and require a signature on delivery.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail may:
- leave a calling card
- attempt delivery to a neighbour
- hold the parcel at your local delivery office
If a parcel is returned to sender, a new order will need to be placed in order to receive the items again.
Next Working Day Delivery
£5.95
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Thursday will be dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Orders are not delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes:
IV, AB31–AB56, KW1–KW17, KA27–KA28, HS, PA20–PA78, PH4–PH50, ZE, IM, BT, Channel Islands, BFPO, SS.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Address changes can only be guaranteed before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to amend the delivery address.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery is handled by the courier.
If tracking confirms that a parcel has been delivered and signed for, it will be considered delivered.
If you believe your parcel may be lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the courier.
International Delivery
International delivery costs £9.95 – £11.95 depending on destination.
Estimated delivery times:
Western Europe — 8–10 working days
Rest of Europe — 8–10 working days
Rest of World — 10–15 working days
Delivery times do not include the day of dispatch.
International deliveries may not always require a signature depending on the destination.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check with your local delivery service before contacting us.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the UK, additional taxes or duties may apply depending on your country's import regulations.
For European orders over €150, any import duties will be payable by the customer.
Louche does not accept responsibility for customs charges applied by local authorities.
International Shipping Availability
We are currently unable to ship to the United States due to recent tariff changes. We are working on a solution and expect to resume shipping shortly.
